DETROIT, MI – Comedy Central is well aware of the grass roots campaign to get Stephen Colbert, of "The Colbert Report," to visit this city. But it's unclear if Colbert knows – or cares – about it after he made a joke about the city's downtown area that offended Metro Detroiters.
